We’re looking for Retail Associates who are ready to bring BIG smiles, high energy, and top-notch guest service to the retail floor. If you're the kind of person who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to make every guest feel like a VIP – we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and guide guests like a rockstar the moment they walk in
• Answer product questions and give recommendations like a pro
• Cross-sell and upsell to help guests find more to love
• Keep your area clean, merch looking fresh, and racks fully stocked
• Handle returns and exchanges with a helpful, positive attitude
• Let customers know about hot deals and limited time offers
• Create a shopping experience that’s as memorable as it is fun

You’re a Perfect Fit If You:

• Have great energy and love talking with people
• Have at least six months customer service experience
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and love a tidy display
• Are at least 16 years of age and can work nights, weekends, and holidays (because that’s when the party’s happening)
