Must have your own tools and be comfortable working independently

Preferred: 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, or related trades

Ability to lift and handle tools, materials, and equipment as needed

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Comfortable using online portal systems for work orders and updates

HVAC technicians must hold EPA certification

General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)

W9 with valid Tax ID required

Completion of onboarding and portal training required prior to receiving work orders
