Engineer, Technical Support - Denver, CO. Job Overview Develop, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center (CCaaS) platform, collaborating with engineering, product, operations, and vendor partners to support high availability environments and deliver reliable contact center capabilities. Work independently on full software stacks, understand system protocols, data flows, and technology interactions, while producing clear documentation and contributing to technology strategy. Job Responsibilities Develop software solutions that support engineering projects and meet customer requirements Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn new technologies Create clear documentation for software code, system designs, and business requirements Contribute to technology strategy by understanding current technologies and supporting business goals Present innovative ideas to improve systems, processes, or services based on industry research Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Configure, support, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CCaaS solutions Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for contact center features Validate call flows, routing logic, agent experiences, and system integrations Troubleshoot platform, configuration, and integration issues; assist with root‑cause analysis Support assigned delivery workstreams and deployments across non‑prod and prod environments Document configurations, test results, and operational procedures Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR equivalent combination (Required) Acceptable fields of study: Computer Science or Engineering (Required) 2‑4 years of technical engineering experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Communication (Required) Customer Service (Required) Analytics (Required) Technical Writing (Required) Minimum 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required: Yes DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Base Pay Range $92,500 – $166,800 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% Benefits Full and part‑time employees have access to medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, 401(k), employee stock grants, stock purchase plan, paid time off, paid holidays, parental leave, family building benefits, childcare subsidy, tuition assistance, short‑ and long‑term disability, voluntary coverage options, mobile service discounts, pet insurance, and commuter programs.
