Office Assistant
Our client, a distinguished luxury community in the development stage, is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the onsite Property Manager with essential administrative functions within a beautiful, amenity-rich environment. Compensation
$24.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations through data entry, document creation, and management of property management software.
- Manage communication by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and creating correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform scanning of invoices and other documents.
- Assist with processing work orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Attend meetings to take notes and record minutes, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Serve as a primary contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and providing superior customer service.
- Perform general clerical tasks, including printing, photocopying, and miscellaneous administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably 1-2 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
- Reliable and committed with a professional demeanor suited for a small office setting.
