Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operator — Inventory Control & Quality AssuranceYou will support inventory accuracy and product quality by operating elevated order picking equipment and executing audits and investigations across the facility. You will collaborate with operations and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain safety and compliance in an onsite, Monday–Friday daytime shift (6:30 AM–3:00 PM, with overtime as needed); this is a temp-to-hire role.Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:Operate an order picker / cherry picker at heights up to 30 feet to pick and stage inventoryPerform audits and cycle counts across facility locations to maintain inventory accuracyInvestigate inventory discrepancies, document root cause, and support corrective actionsSupport customer quality concerns, holds, and inspectionsMaintain fall protection and harness compliance at all timesComplete daily pre-use equipment inspections and report defects promptlyHere's what you'll need to be successful in this role:Verifiable order picker / cherry picker experienceComfort and proven ability to work at heights up to 30 feet using fall protectionBackground in inventory control, audit, or quality assuranceStrong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory/system workflowsReliable transportation and consistent attendanceMust pass a written equipment assessment prior to schedulingMust pass a hands-on order picker certification with the site trainer on your first onsite dayAbility to comply with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, badge access, and GFSI food-safety standardsPay range: $20.63/hourReady to make your mark?This role may fill quickly.
