Office Maintenance Position
Responsibilities associated with this position involve maintaining the office premises in the cleanest most professional manner possible.
Daily maintenance of all offices and bathrooms.
Responsible for cleaning windows.
Collects and shreds documents from various departments.
Collects and empties trash from offices and bathrooms.
Breaks down all cardboard boxes for disposal.
Collects trash and debris from around the outside of the building.
Vacuum carpets in the offices.
Clean coffee pots and maintain cleanliness of break rooms.
Other duties as required.
