What You’ll Do As a Morning Prep Team Member, your primary responsibility is making sure the restaurant is prepared, stocked, clean, and ready for the day ahead. Your responsibilities may include: Preparing ingredients and products needed for daily restaurant operations Stocking and organizing food, paper products, condiments, and supplies Preparing produce, breakfast items, and other products according to restaurant procedures Rotating products and following proper FIFO procedures Checking product dates and helping maintain proper inventory rotation Cleaning and sanitizing prep areas, equipment, and work surfaces Washing dishes, utensils, trays, and restaurant equipment Maintaining clean and organized storage, walk-in, freezer, and stock areas Preparing sauces, condiments, and other items needed for restaurant operations Following all McDonald’s food safety, sanitation, and quality standards Assisting the restaurant team as needed to ensure we are ready to serve our customers This Position May Be a Great Fit If You: Enjoy working early morning hours Are dependable and punctual Like having a routine and completing a daily task list Take pride in keeping things clean and organized Enjoy staying active and working with your hands Can work independently while still being part of a team Pay attention to details Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Can follow food safety and preparation procedures consistently Are willing to learn and accept coaching Want a job where your work makes a noticeable difference Early Morning Availability Is a Requirement This position is specifically designed to support our restaurant's morning preparation and daily readiness.
