We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist in the Morgan Hill area to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent front-desk support, handling communications and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and callers. Temp to hire!!
Responsibilities
- Perform reception duties and greet customers warmly
- Communicate effectively
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally
- Manage data entry tasks accurately
- Process mail and related administrative duties
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in bilingual communication
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Experience with data entry
- Minor Accounting
