Our Aestheticians conduct thorough and personalized, consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and contribute to a best-in-class client experience from consultation through follow-up care. We’ve built an operational engine so you can focus on the face in front of you.Ongoing Education & Mentorship – You’ll grow with elite providers, attend curated trainings, and learn more than just techniques—like leadership, sales, and business strategy.What You’ll Do:Conduct skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and provider recommendations.Perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with state regulations, clinical protocols, and safety standards.Educate patients on treatment options, skincare recommendations, and pre- and post-treatment care.Deliver an exceptional patient experience while building long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals.Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet cleanliness and compliance standards.Collaborate with providers and team members to support patient outcomes, practice goals, and overall clinic success.Support skincare retail sales, promotional initiatives, and ongoing practice growth efforts.What you Need:Active Aesthetician license in the state of practiceMinimum 1–2 years of experience performing medical aesthetic treatments (Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Hydrafacial, IPL, Laser Clear & Brilliant, Laser Hair Removal, Morpheous 8, etc.)Proven ability to create natural, balanced resultsExceptional communication and consultation skillsPassion for aesthetics, skincare, and client-centered careMarvel Employee BenefitsCompetitive + uncapped compensation package (Hourly+Production Revenue based)Flexible PTO401k Plan+ MatchHealth, Vision, Dental Insurance CoverageWe are an equal opportunity employer.
