Your new role

• Clean, organize, and analyze Kingsley survey data across multiple markets
• Identify trends, gaps, and performance shifts related to tenant satisfaction
• Summarize insights into clear, actionable takeaways
• Upload and validate property assessment reports in the Riskwise system
• Track submissions, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams
• Create visuals, tables, and summaries for reporting and presentations
• Support ESG and enterprise reporting inputs
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and help improve reporting workflows

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) and PowerPoint (preferred)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to translate data into meaningful insights
• Clear written and verbal communication
• (Preferred) Experience with survey data, visualization tools, or reporting systems like Riskwise
