Job Description Full Steam Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor in Lost Hills, CA! Your Role: As an Onsite Supervisor, you will oversee daily workforce operations, maintain communication with client management, supervise employees, and ensure a safe and productive work environment. Position Details Position: Onsite Supervisor Location: Lost Hills, CA Schedule: Monday Friday, 6: 00 AM 3: 00 PM Weekends and overtime required as needed Pay Rate: $23.00/HR Benefits Medical, Dental, AD&D, Vacation, Flex, Holiday, Telemedicine, Bereavement, Anniversary Date, and Paid Sick Leave (PSL) Requirements Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Valid driver s license required Key Responsibilities Oversee employee attendance and punctuality Supervise and support onsite employees professionally Maintain communication with client management regarding daily operations Prioritize tasks and ensure operational deadlines are met Handle workers compensation and injury-related incidents Conduct safety meetings and safety walks Manage employee timekeeping and attendance records Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Issue corrective actions and disciplinary documentation when necessary Keep employee records and databases updated Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires Perform additional duties as assigned What We Require High School Diploma or GED required Previous supervisory, warehouse, or staffing experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent client service and relationship-building skills Bilingual in English and Spanish required Full Steam Staffing will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
