The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of operating CNC machines and possess excellent knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.Position ObjectivesSet up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operationsRead and interpret technical drawings and specificationsMonitor machine performance and adjust settings as necessaryInspect parts to ensure they meet quality standardsMaintain machines and equipment by performing routine maintenanceParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivityEnsure compliance with safety and environmental regulationsOther duties as assigned by managementRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machiningSolid knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and fixturingExcellent understanding of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing them in a manufacturing environmentProficient with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gaugesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work flexible hours as neededBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401kIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter.
