Claude Developer

Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable Claude AI Developer to join our internal team and help us build the next generation of our operational tools, automations, and internal systems. This is not a traditional engineering role; we are looking for a software developer who has fully leaned into the future of AI-assisted development and has mastered the Anthropic ecosystem, specifically Claude Code and Claude CoWork.

You will be tasked with transforming our internal operations by building dashboards, web apps, and secure back-end systems that help us scale efficiently.

• Part-Time: 20 hours/week (flexible); transitioning to full-time within 1-2 months
• Engagement Type: Remote, Independent Contractor
• Focus Area: Internal Systems, Operations Automation, Dashboard Infrastructure
• Monthly Rate: Flexible, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted System Development:
  • Build, deploy, and maintain custom internal web applications, dashboards, and operational tools from scratch.
  • Lead the construction of our upcoming Contractor Management & Attendance Tracking Dashboard to streamline our global workforce operations.
  • Transition over time into architecting intelligent systems for recruitment pipelines, marketing automation, and dynamic lead generation.
• Automation & CoWork Integration:
  • Design, test, and deploy highly efficient operational workflows and autonomous agents using Claude CoWork.
  • Leverage Claude Code within your local CLI environment to accelerate development velocity, refactor legacy scripts, and catch bugs at lightning speed.
  • Connect disparate internal tools and platforms via APIs to eliminate manual data entry across teams.
• Backend Infrastructure & Security:
  • Architect, configure, and manage scalable backends using modern tools like Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms.
  • Implement strict data security protocols, ensuring the safe storage of sensitive user data, secure handling of API keys, and robust encryption practices.
  • Maintain clean, readable code and documentation so systems can be easily updated as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in software development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React, Next.js, or similar modern stacks) before transitioning into AI-assisted development.
• Deep, hands-on experience using Claude Code (CLI) and Claude CoWork to build actual applications and automations.
• Proven experience building front-end dashboards/web apps, hooking them up to backends (e.g., Supabase, PostgreSQL), and successfully hosting/deploying them.
• Thorough understanding of data security best practices, environment variable management, and secure API integration.
• Highly resourceful mindset; able to take an abstract operational problem and build an automated software solution independently.
• Strong written and spoken English, capable of translating operational requests from non-technical team members into technical requirements.
