Job DescriptionWindow and Door Field Service Lead in Tampa, FLAs a Window and Door Service Lead, you will coordinate Field Service team activities, provide leadership, and ensure technical accuracy and outstanding customer service. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.Compensation Range (depending on experience)MITER Brands, which includes Milgard, MI Windows & Doors, and PGT Innovations, is a leader in the window and door manufacturing industry, known for high-quality products and exceptional service.Responsibilities, But Not Limited To:Lead & Support: Guide Field Service technicians, ensuring safety and compliance.Scheduling: Prepare schedules, approve absences/overtime, and maintain workflow.Problem-Solving: Assist with complex service issues and make resolution decisions.Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to Field Service and Manufacturing teams.Documentation: Maintain accurate records and participate in performance reviews.Software Administration: Manage Field Service software, reporting, and user setup.QualificationsLeading a Team: 3 to 5 years’ experienceHands-On Work: Operate tools as needed and maintain company vehicle.Communication: Strong leadership and people skills.Decision-Making: Ability to assess complex situations and prioritize effectively.Math & Reasoning: Basic calculations and critical thinking skills.Certifications: Laminated Reglazing and Aerial Lift Truck operation (or ability to obtain).Physical Requirement: Able to lift up to 50 lbs.#MITERopsflWhat We OfferOur benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness for you and your eligible spouse/dependents.
