Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionPreferred• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes• Hands on experience in Genesys 8.x version for call routing and reporting purposes Experience on working on Java/Websphere based custom application for IVR Avaya Experience Portal NICE call recorder NICE IEX work force management • Analytical and Communication skills • Planning and Co-ordination skills• Experience with project management• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment QualificationsDesired Skills & ExperienceRequired• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
