In-Home Services Manager

The Senior Hub–Meals on Wheels of Fairfield County is seeking a full-time In-Home Services Manager to oversee our Homemaking and other in-home service programs that help older adults remain safe, independent, and connected in their homes. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work effectively with both clients and staff in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Supervise the Homemaker, Emergency Response, and Adaptive equipment programs and staff Oversee and maintain the In-Home Repair Program Conduct initial visits and develop care plans for the Homemaker program Coordinate contracted providers and programming for the In-Home Services Department Coordinate and schedule in-home services with contracted or internal staff, to include but not limited to, personal care, homemaker services, respite care, and home repairs Work effectively with community providers to ensure in-home service referrals are fulfilled Conduct monthly reconciliation of service units and provider billing Develop an annual continuing education curriculum for In-Home Services staff Maintain training records as required by COAAA Are you passionate about helping older adults and making a meaningful difference in your community? REQUIREMENTS
