\n Schedule: Full-Time | 3x12s | Day or Night Shift
\n Pay Range: $60–$70/per hour | 1099
\n Openings: 2 Day Shift | 2 Night Shift
\n Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview
\nWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for long-term contract opportunities on an inpatient Hematology/Oncology unit in Topeka, Kansas.
\nThis is a 21-bed unit caring for patients with hematologic and oncology diagnoses, inpatient chemotherapy needs, palliative and end-of-life care, tracheostomies, symptom management, and other complex medical conditions. Typical staffing ratios are 1:6, or 1:4 when active chemotherapy is infusing. Work Order Intake Form- CareCar
\nRequirements
\n Active RN license
\n BLS certification
\n ADN or BSN
\n Minimum 1 year of acute-care nursing experience
\n Oncology or Hematology experience preferred
\n Chemotherapy certification preferred
\n Epic experience preferred
Schedule & Assignment Details
\n12-hour shifts
\n 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n Day and night shift opportunities
\n Every-other-weekend rotation
\n Holiday rotation required
\n Floating to other Med/Surg inpatient units may be required
\n No call requirements
\n Minimum 26-week commitment, with assignments available up to 52 weeks
