About the Role

Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee a growing caseload in Southern Maryland , primarily in Lexington Park and Great Mills .

This role is designed for a BCBA looking to build a strong, consistent caseload in an underserved area , with structured weekday evening hours and additional weekend availability to support a full schedule.

As a BCBA at Jade, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, designing and overseeing personalized ABA programs that empower our clients to reach their fullest potential. Your days will be filled with:

• Developing and implementing cutting-edge behavior intervention plans.

• Collaborating with our talented team of therapists, families, and caregivers.

• Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with your expert guidance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification and LBA license (because you’re a pro!)

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• CPR certification – a great plus for safety readiness.
