Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered at the unit level
• Monitor and support competency of clinical staff
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
• Support facility nursing leadership in maintaining care standards and operational goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience with clinical staff supervision and care delegation
