Pay & benefits:

What you'll do:
- Create, maintain, and file medical records, general files, logs, and related documents securely and efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all records in compliance with policies and regulations
- Manage inventory of clinic supplies and monitor sign-in/out logs
- Prepare inventory reports as required
- Coordinate outside referrals and transfer of medical records
- Assist with routine medical and dental reports
- Read and comprehend medical instructions, policies, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to procedures

- Valid experience in medical records management or healthcare administrative support
- Ability to read and understand medical instructions and policies
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain ICE clearance (4-6 weeks; expedited process available)
- Reliable work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
