Territory: Sarasota, Tallahassee, Orlando, Pensacola, West Palm Beach, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and Valdosta, GA
About the Role We’re looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to support and grow our Collegiate & University (C&U) hospitality segment across a diverse and high‐energy territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‐paced environments, loves emerging brands, and understands today’s evolving CPG landscape — especially within snacking, better‐for‐you products, and modern consumer behavior.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with campus dining teams, operators, and retail managers
- Execute retail resets, merchandising standards, and new product introductions across multiple universities
- Support category growth with a focus on snacks, beverages, and emerging CPG brands
- Analyze movement, trends, and assortment needs unique to collegiate retail
- Serve as the on‐campus expert for product placement, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement
- Travel across the territory to support store visits, resets, trainings, and seasonal transitions
- Represent our company’s values through high‐touch service, operational excellence, and partnership building

- Energized by the collegiate environment and comfortable immersing yourself in campus culture
- A self‐starter who thrives independently and takes ownership of their territory
- Comfortable with travel, including some overnights, to support multiple campuses
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage a dynamic schedule across several states
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence, educate, and build trust with campus partners
Territory Coverage: This role supports campuses in:
- Sarasota
- Tallahassee
- Orlando
- Pensacola
- West Palm Beach
- St. Augustine
- Jacksonville
- Valdosta, Georgia
Ideal Background: Experience in retail, CPG, foodservice, merchandising, or campus hospitality is preferred — but passion, drive, and curiosity about today’s consumer matter just as much.
Salary: $55K plus $100/weekly car allowance and Specialty Spiffs
