Key Qualifications:

• Active California Teaching Credential is required.
• Experience using SEIS for documentation and case management is essential.
• Background in school-based speech-language pathology preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage varying caseloads effectively.
• Commitment to supporting students’ communication goals in an inclusive setting.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students across multiple caseloads.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain timely SEIS documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise on communication disorders and student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated care and student success.
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and recommendations tailored to each student’s needs.
• Help transition all virtual services back to engaging, on-site support, fostering stronger student connections.
