To support customer inquiries and prospect onboarding, the part-time Acquisitions Support Center Coordinator will manage communications across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media, in a remote capacity with the potential for permanent employment. Key responsibilities Manage prospect onboarding and schedule Introductory Sessions for inquiries Oversee and respond to social media inquiries and develop communication processes Assist active members with customer service needs and facilitate communication between members and company staff Required qualifications Current or former employee of Fastfit or The Perfect Workout Ability to work remotely from home Proven success as a self-starter with strong multitasking and organizational skills Confidence in communicating across multiple channels, including social media Education-driven with the ability to implement key takeaways into introductory calls
