RESPONSIBILITIES Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Self-motivated Ability to make presentations to potential customers Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Base Salary starting between $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience; no maximum on compensation with bonus and commissions; total comp could range between $70K-$100K I have proudly served the Chattanooga area for over 20 years. With a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Warner Southern University. My office is licensed in TN, GA, AL & KY, offering coverage for Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance needs.
