Retail Sales Lead - Customer Experience & Team Coach

LOFT at Scarsdale, NY is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and support a high-performing team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and help onboard and develop associates.
Ideal candidates bring 6 months of retail experience and a willingness to coach others, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with POS systems is expected.
