Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' health status and care provided.
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean environment for residents.
- Recognize signs and symptoms of illness in residents and report them promptly.
- Communicate effectively with registered nurses regarding residents' conditions.
