As a Relationship Banker, you'll play a key role in expanding and deepening customer relationships within the communities we serve. This position is responsible for developing new retail and business banking relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions that help customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops relationships with the public, businesses, municipalities, and schools to drive new deposit account business, lending needs, and related services. Leverages knowledge of bank products and services to provide a consultative approach to client needs.
- Partners with colleagues in Commercial Lending, Business banking, Investment Services and Insurance to develop client relationships and ensure retention of total client assets and net growth in banking relationships.
- Delivers an exceptional customer service experience and promotes customer relationship development
- Drives the customer service experience, leading the branch to achieve performance goals
- Performs full range of duties pertaining to opening, closing and maintenance of all types of deposit accounts, consumer loans, and lines of credit
Qualifications:
- High school diploma plus five years of related banking experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Positive attitude with superior communication skills and a team oriented focus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
