American Power & Gas (APG) is hiring Customer Success Representatives to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who want to build a career in customer service, inside sales, and green energy.

No previous sales or telemarketing experience is required. We provide paid, on site training, ongoing coaching, qualified leads, and the opportunity to earn a base salary, commission, and residual pay.

As a Customer Success Representative, you will help residential and small commercial customers explore energy solutions while representing a company focused on providing green energy options and creating a positive impact in the communities we serve.

What Does a Customer Success Representative Do?

As a Customer Success Representative, you will work directly with residential and small commercial customers in a professional and fast paced call center environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Speaking with customers by phone and understanding their energy needs
• Introducing customers to available green energy solutions
• Explaining products and services clearly and professionally
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
• Answering questions and helping customers make informed decisions
• Building strong and lasting customer relationships
• Following up with customers and helping create a positive customer experience
• Working toward individual and team sales goals
• Handling a high volume of customer conversations
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude throughout every interaction
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and development
• Building a customer portfolio that may provide ongoing residual pay

Our compensation structure combines:
