Cook / Dishwasher:
This position includes duties such as:
- Filtering the cooking oil and changing oil when it needs to be changed
- Setting up the kitchen
- Cooking and preparing the food we sell to the customers
- Cleaning dishes
- Mopping floors
- Taking out trash
- Keeping the kitchen clean and neat following all sanitation standards
- Following our strict protocol for sanitation while in or around our cooking area
