Job Description
Prominent national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their thriving practice. Ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and have 2+ years litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Construction/NY Labor Law, Medical Malpractice, General Tort, Transportation, Auto, General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Civil Litigation, Employment.
\n \nOpen to both Plaintiff's or Defense side experience! Option to work 4 days remote/1 day onsite in their East Midtown NYC office.
\n \nYou'll get the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting matters including some related to various venue liability litigation (recreational venues, arenas, amusement parks, etc.).
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion \n
- Take and defend depositions \n
- Court appearances \n
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Strong research and writing skills \n
- 2+ years of litigation experience \n
- Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in NY. \n
Base salary range 120k-165k + Generous Bonuses & Full Benefits Package + Mostly Remote Option
