Operations Manager
Carvana
Carvana is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center. You will plan production for full shifts, manage facilities to hit targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite, and quickly identify bottlenecks to improve throughput. You will conduct weekly performance reviews with senior leadership, guide daily manager huddles, and drive continuous improvement across the region, while #J-18808-Ljbffr
