We are seeking a highly motivated Change Manager to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. This individual will play a

key role in driving adoption, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness as new processes and technologies are implemented across multiple

business functions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at executing change management activities from planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute change management activities across multiple transformation workstreams.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to build strong relationships, gain alignment, and drive user adoption.
• Assess change impacts and develop actionable plans to support successful implementation.
• Create and execute communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational readiness and smooth transitions.
• Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance points to maximize program success.
• Support initiatives related to procurement, third-party risk management, vendor management, supplier management, and enterprise technology enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Change Management experience supporting enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Proven ability to execute change management activities in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting technology, process, or digital transformation programs.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SaaS or large enterprise organizations.
• Previous involvement in procurement, vendor management, supplier management, or third-party risk initiatives.
• Experience supporting ERP, procurement, or enterprise software implementations.
• Prior exposure to Ariba implementations is highly desirable.
• Consulting background is a plus, provided the candidate has been directly responsible for executing change management workstreams.

someone who is highly execution-oriented, proactively engages stakeholders, and has a track record of driving successful adoption during large-scale organizational change.

This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
