We are looking for a warm, reliable, and nurturing nanny with experience caring for young infants. The ideal candidate is college-educated, energetic, flexible, and comfortable providing attentive, hands-on care throughout the day. We value: * Experience with newborns and young infants * Strong communication skills * Reliability and punctuality * Patience and a calm demeanor * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the baby’s changing needs * Good judgment and attention to safety * Physical stamina for carrying, soothing, and actively engaging with the baby * A positive, professional attitude * Comfort following parents’ instructions and routines * Non-smoking * CPR/First Aid certification (preferred) Our ideal nanny genuinely enjoys working with babies, is responsive to their cues, and can provide a loving, attentive, and developmentally appropriate environment.
