Overview
Cardiovascular Technologist – OR CVOR Tech | Hilo, Hawaii | Start: 09/14/2026 | 13 weeks | $1,899–$2,030 per week | 16-hour rotating shifts | Hospital setting travel assignment. This position is a travel temporary assignment in a hospital operating environment, focusing on perioperative scrub support for diverse procedures. Hawaii license by start date is required; travelers not currently licensed in Hawaii must apply upon acceptance.

Responsibilities
- Independently scrub for a variety of procedures, including General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Ophthalmic, Urology, ENT, Endoscopy, Robotic, Obstetrics, and Gynecology
- Assist with turnover cleaning and transport patients as needed to support OR flow
- Maintain sterile technique, instrument handling, counts, and room readiness for procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff to anticipate needs and support a safe operative environment
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety and infection control protocols; participate in daily equipment checks and setup

Requirements
- Hawaii license by start date; travelers not currently in possession must apply upon acceptance
- Minimum 2 years of scrubbing experience in a hospital OR setting
- Ability to scrub across the listed procedures and adapt to a fast-paced, busy OR
- Flexibility to work rotating 16-hour shifts with on-call responsibilities
- Arrival before start date: traveler must arrive the Thursday prior to start for employee health coordination
- Travel assignment eligibility for a 13-week engagement in the listed location
