If you enjoy building relationships with patients and families while working alongside a collaborative team, we’d love to meet you! $15–$19 per hour , based on experience and qualifications What You’ll Do Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques Apply pit and fissure sealants Take dental X-rays as needed Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene Help ensure smooth, efficient patient flow from reception to treatment Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient What We’re Looking For Arkansas RDA and X-ray certification, or the ability to obtain certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, professional attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish-speaking candidates, are strongly encouraged to apply Schedule 30 to 35 hours per week We offer a split-shift schedule to provide variety and flexibility: Early shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Late shift: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM Every other Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Example schedule: Monday & Tuesday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; Wednesday & Thursday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM; every other Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. 50% employer-paid health plan for employees Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental insurance options Short-term disability and life insurance Paid time off (PTO) beginning after 90 days Safe Harbor 401(k), eligible after one year of employment Free orthodontic care for employees Discounted orthodontic care for employees’ children and spouses after 6 months of employment Yearly staff training and continuing education opportunities Team-building events Paid community outreach activities Grow With Us We’re looking for more than someone to fill a position—we’re looking for a team member who wants to grow with us .
