Job Description
Lead, mentor, and train Tier 1 Forklift Operators Load and unload trailers according to customer specifications Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently Inspect inbound and outbound inventory for accuracy and quality Stack, store, and pick inventory (including mixed pallets) Use RF scanners and follow scanner processes Audit paperwork to ensure packing lists match shipments Assist with workflow planning, task delegation, and performance monitoring Prepare pallets for shipment (wrapping, banding, etc.) Perform forklift inspections and ensure proper equipment maintenance Support cycle counts and inventory audits Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Adhere to all company, customer, and safety guidelines Step in as needed to support daily warehouse operations
Requirements Ability to lift to 40 lbs Occasional climbing, crouching, kneeling, and manual case picking Moderate to high noise levels Indoor work with occasional outdoor exposure Exposure to varying temperatures based on weather Must be able to work near to others
