This role will analyze and complete variance reporting and collaborate with Partners within the firm to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will be professional and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is a team player, professional, organized, and has a high level of attention to detail.To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of A/R, collections, and client billing experiencePunctuality and dependabilityAdvanced skills in Microsoft Word and ExcelProficient in MS OutlookAbility to operate and utilize general office systems and procedures including filing and office equipmentExceptional organization skills and ability to multi-task and take direction, but also work independentlyAbility to think of "next level" questions to find appropriate solutionsOutstanding customer service skills are essentialExcellent written and oral communication skillsTeam focused and strong interpersonal skillsAdditionally, the following qualifications are preferred:Associate or bachelor's degree in finance or accountingFinancial administration experienceWeaver Benefits At Weaver, our most valuable resource is our people.
