What You’ll Do Source and purchase quality used vehicles through auctions, trade‑ins, private sellers, and online marketplaces. Evaluate vehicle condition, history reports, and market trends to determine accurate values. Negotiate competitive purchase prices while maintaining dealership profitability. Build and maintain relationships with customers, wholesalers, and industry partners. Monitor local and national market trends to identify high‑demand inventory. Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure inventory meets customer demand. Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions comply with dealership policies. What We’re Looking For Automotive buying, appraisal, or dealership experience preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of vehicle valuation tools and market pricing. Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented.
