• M-F schedule -- 2 late days, 2 early days, one mid-shift
• Clinic hours 8 am - 8 pm -- 40 hours/week guaranteed
• 16 - 18 visits per day
• Full workers compensation patient population
• Outpatient adult and geriatric setting
• Post-grad outpatient experience required -- 2+ years preferred
• Workers compensation experience preferred
