Lymphedema Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation

Position Type: Part Time, 30 hours/weekly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, three 10-hour shifts, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Your role with us

As a lymphedema physical therapist, you'll play a key role in patient care by using evidence-based treatments to help individuals with a variety of cancer-related and orthopedic conditions, in a hospital-based outpatient clinic setting. You'll be part of a team that collaborates to create personalized therapy plans aimed at improving overall functional ability.


What you'll do

• Provide thorough, evidence-based evaluations and create individualized treatment plans tailored to outpatient functional goals.
• Deliver goal-oriented interventions focused on neuromuscular rehabilitation, upper extremity function, cognitive and perceptual retraining.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary group of providers-including PT, Speech, physicians, and care coordinators-to support comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on home programs, strategies, and resources to promote long-term success and self-management.
• Document clearly and communicate professionally to support smooth patient flow, team collaboration, and high-quality outcomes.

Required qualifications

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Holds a valid physical therapy license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.

Additional information

• Lymphedema treatment experience preferred. Case load will be a mix of musculoskeletal and lymphedema diagnoses.
• Successful candidate will have clinical experience in the practice setting.
