Who we are:

Responsibilities:

Transports blocks to dip tanks, places block in dip basket, and activates specified dip program.
Removes dipped blocks from tanks, delivers blocks to ovens, and activates specified bake programs.
Removes baked blocks from ovens and stages them for further processing.
Adds resin and alcohol to dip tanks as needed. Calculates and records the amount of alcohol and resin used per block.
Weighs blocks before and after dipping, and records on work order and/or dipping software.
Sets oven temperature controls and places dipped blocks in oven to bake and dry for specified time.
Records densities and all other necessary information on work order and/or dipping software.
Must be available any shift and over-time, including weekends.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Good math skills
One or two years of related experience and/or training
Forklift Certification a plus
Satisfactory Lung Capacity Test to properly use Respiratory Protection as needed/required
Must be able to speak, read, and write English well
Acceptable Spirometry Test results.
Must be able to lift, push & pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
