Position Details

• Full-time BCBA position

• 40 hours per week

• Full school-year contract

• On-site school-based role

• Combination of direct services and indirect behavioral support activities

• Start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations

• Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide consultation and training to school staff

• Support IEP development and implementation

• Analyze behavioral data and make evidence-based recommendations

• Participate in multidisciplinary and high-profile meetings

• Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to improve student outcomes

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• School-based experience required

• Experience writing IEP goals and behavior plans

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
