Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Freezer Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated warehouse worker to join our team, focusing on operations within the freezer section. This role involves packing dry ice onto boxes of finished materials, hand packing boxes, loading trucks, and wrapping pallets with the necessary documentation.

• Pack dry ice onto boxes of finished materials on the loading dock.
• Hand pack boxes of packaged materials.
• Load trucks with packaged boxes.
• Wrap pallets and attach documentation.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pallet building and wrapping.
• Ability to consistently lift 40+ lbs.
• Experience with forklifts, RF scanners, and pallet jacks.
• Knowledge of GMP and inventory management.

• Experience with sit down or stand up forklifts.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.

Work hours are from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, in a warehouse environment that is cooler due to freezer and refrigeration settings. The role primarily involves working in cold storage, and requires wearing steel-toed boots and hoodies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Allis, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
