This is an amazing opportunity for a motivated Finning Helper to earn $19.50 hourly, work 1st or 2nd shift, with potential for overtime and weekends. Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days.

What You'll Do: Finning Helper

- Grinding welds to meet cosmetic and customer finish requirements
- Removing imperfections from structural steel components
- Preparing fabricated steel for painting or galvanizing
- Assisting in identifying and correcting surface defects
- Maintaining finishing equipment and work areas

Skills and Experience:

Preferred Candidate Might:

- Previous experience in structural steel fabrication or welding
- Experience operating angle grinders and metal-finishing tools
- Ability to recognize quality weld finishes and surface defects
- Familiarity with fabrication drawings and weld locations
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
