Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring accurate documentation. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and invoices, noting discrepancies. Prepare and package finished goods for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials and methods. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move, store, and retrieve materials within the warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and data entry into the inventory management system. Inspect incoming materials for damage or defects, reporting any issues to the appropriate department. Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving areas for cleanliness and efficiency. Recommended Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment. Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and transaction processing. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting shipments and receipts. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
