The Difference You Will Make As a Host As a Host you are the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, friendly, and organized dining experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, seating guests efficiently, and maintaining smooth communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. What You’ll Bring Warmly greet every guest upon arrival and departure. Create a positive first impression by maintaining a friendly, professional, and polished demeanor. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options. Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times. Manage reservations using the restaurant’s booking system. Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a restaurant environment, including a kitchen area. Location and Travel Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
