As a Security Officer Lobby Ambassador in Atlanta GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a premier commercial real estate location where you will greet visitors manage access monitor activity and support a professional atmosphere through strong communication and customer this stationary role you will help address security-related concerns while representing our agile reliable and innovative team with integrity care and teamwork.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures access control practices and front desk protocols at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity verify visitor credentials issue passes as appropriate and maintain visitor logs and other required records.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report details through established communication channels.
• Answer phones greet guests provide directions and support security-related inquiries and/or administrative tasks connected to the front desk post.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points following badge and credential procedures and notifying appropriate personnel of concerns or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
