For special occasions, our catering services provide a delectable selection of culinary delights.

With seating for 130, two outdoor balconies, a spacious mezzanine seating area above the in-store Starbucks, and a cozy spot for professionals to work or meet over coffee with complimentary WIFI, we aim to create a community hub. Our outdoor patio features a walk-up barbecue smokehouse for a mouthwatering lunch or dinner, a fire pit, and a 5-hole putting green, making FreshTake a destination for families and individuals alike.

FreshTake Grocery is looking for a Cashier to join our front-end team. This role involves handling customer transactions, bagging groceries, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values efficiency and effectiveness, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Bag groceries for customers, ensuring items are packed with care
• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer inquiries
• Maintain high cleanliness and organization standards at the checkout area
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining product displays
• Follow cash handling and checkout procedures set forth by the Front End Manager
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues

This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Focus on Fresh
• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years of age
