We are currently seeking adventurous and flexible Occupational Therapists willing to travel to our affiliated facilities across 17 states, including:

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.

As part of TheraTroopers, Inc., an Ensign-affiliated company, you'll join a network of independently operated facilities focused on exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and therapist empowerment.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions that improve function and independence
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehab journey
• Track patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed
• Support safe and successful discharge planning

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
