This position is for our subsidiary: Allcat Claims Service, LLC. Allcat Claims Service, a trusted third‑party claims adjusting organization, has been serving the industry for over 26 years with a focus on customer service and innovation. Responsibilities Critically review and analyze incoming dwelling estimates for accuracy and compliance with carrier‑specific guidelines. Provide feedback to and collaborate with independent adjusters to correct estimates as necessary. Contribute to business goals and performance metrics while effectively using tools and technology. Support workload surges and catastrophe operations, including significant overtime during designated events. Acquire and apply basic knowledge of dwelling construction terminology, estimation best practices, and Cotality/Symbility estimates. Recognize and resolve obstacles to maintain accurate and current claim file documentation. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Computer literate in a Windows operating environment. Position requires an All Lines Insurance Adjuster’s license; must pass a licensing exam within the designated number of attempts with the possibility to become licensed in all applicable states. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with routine activities and respond to disruption and change. Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing residential estimates to carrier‑specific standards. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word). Preferred Qualifications College degree. Prior claims review and/or adjusting experience. Two or more years of customer service experience. Experience using XactAnalysis and Xactimate. Experience using Cotality and Symbility. Active adjuster’s license. Prior military experience. Training and Work Schedule Training conducted Monday through Friday; upon successful completion employees may be assigned to one of the following schedules based on business needs: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, or Tuesday–Saturday. Licensing training occurs during the first week of employment; must obtain the license within three testing attempts (paid for by Allcat). Training covers property & casualty insurance industry products and services; claims and specific insurance carrier processes, systems, and technology. Employees that attend training are expected to meet Allcat’s established standards for performance, attendance, and conduct.
